A grand jury has indicted a former Bethel daycare operator on additional counts of sexual abuse of a minor.

Sixty-nine-year-old Peter Tony is already in custody on seven counts of sexual abuse of a minor. Now he has been indicted on three more counts.

KYUK says the new victim was allegedly abused in 1998.

Tony, a former foster parent, also is accused of abusing a 4-year-old for about a year.

Tony's stepdaughter, Kimberley Bruesch, says she was abused by him as a child. The 48-year-old says her two sisters also were abused as children and committed suicide as adults.

She can't press charges because the statute of limitations has expired.

The Associated Press usually doesn't identify people who may be victims of sexual abuse, but Bruesch has spoken publicly.
