A 50-year-old Kenai Peninsula man whose driver's license is revoked until 2063 has been charged with felony driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Alaska State Troopers say 50-year-old Dale Vaughn of Nikiski, who twice has been convicted of felony driving under the influence, was arrested again Saturday and held without bail.
Troopers say an officer found Vaughn just after 5:30 p.m. in a truck parked at a pullout near Mile 159 Sterling Highway.
Troopers say Vaughn had driven the truck from Homer to Anchor Point while under the influence of alcohol and marijuana.
The officer seized marijuana Vaughn was carrying. Besides felony DUI, Vaughn was charged with possession of marijuana.
He was taken to the Homer Jail.
