The Parks Highway has been closed near Wasilla Friday night, after a two-vehicle crash that injured at least one person according to Alaska State Troopers. AST spokesperson Beth Ipsen says the crash, near the Parks’ intersection with Pittman Road, involved a car and a vehicle pulling a trailer. It was reported at about 9:20 p.m. Ipsen didn’t immediately have word on how many people were involved in the crash, or the extent of injuries. “I just know there was one person injured -- it doesn’t sound that bad,” Ipsen said.
