A wildfire is blazing about 12 miles north of Lime Village.
The Division of Forestry says the fire in Lime Hills was caused by lightning and is growing due to the dry weather conditions. According to the division, the wildfire has burned more than 12-thousand acres. The blaze has increased more than seven-thousand acres in the past two days.
Fire crews are currently working on structure protection in the Lime Village area.
