Alaska State Troopers responded Saturday afternoon to a three vehicle crash near the Sterling-Kasilof area.
Megan Peters, AST spokesperson, said troopers received the initial call shortly before 4 p.m. near Mile 115 of the Sterling Highway.
At least four people were taken to area hospitals, according to troopers.
Peters said how the vehicles crashed and the cause were not immediately known, but one vehicle did flip.
Drivers in the area can expect traffic to be delayed as crews respond to the scene.
